Each house is a ”work of art” of its owner. But there are some special ones, that pierce every heart for their history and the magic that surrounds them..... Welcome to Villa Renato Balsamo.

Renato Balsamo, during all his more than fifty years of pictorial activity, was a varied and multiple artist. Restless and with an inner contrast, he divided himself between Sorrento and Cortina, not knowing himself if the heart or reason were in one place or another. A simple man, but full of contradictions that were reflected in his pictorial production. Influenced by De Chirico and Boecklin, Paolucci and Chiarrocchi, Renato Balsamo has exhibited his works in the most prestigious Italian galleries.

The result of 40 years of love and passion for Sorrento, the villa, originally simple and spartan farmhouse, immersed in the green of the lush native flora, has been enriched and developed over time. From the past, it still preserves the scent and respect for local tradition that are derived from simple lines, lush and welcoming avenues and tuff structure.
The feeling of a suspended time wraps anyone who crosses the elegant gate and rivingit even more when, walking over the beautiful lawn that surrounds the house, you enter through a short path in a codud wood

From the large garden with swimming pool or from the terrace you can admire the majestic Vesuvius and the Gulf of Naples.
The villa is built at about 300 meters above sea level. The location guarantees a refreshing and pleasant breeze even on hot days in August, this makes perfect the passage of time lying comfortably on the armchairs and sofas under the large porch facing the sea.
The garden, flowers and Mediterranean plants are manicured.
There are relaxing areas here and there, along the perimeter walkway or under the pergolas. And to perfect completion of this property there is also a private forest of over 1000 square meters.
