Retraite Insulaire Construite Sur Mesure Sur Des Hectares Privés Sereins

At the end of Ahonui Place, this large, custom-built three-bedroom, four-bath home sits on nearly 4 private acres in one of Kauai’s most coveted locations. The upper floor’s great room unifies the kitchen, dining, and living areas beneath vaulted ceilings, with natural light throughout and direct access to a covered lanai overlooking the lush surroundings. The layout works equally well for entertaining or everyday island living.

Also on the upper level: a generous primary suite with en-suite bath and walk-in closet, plus a dedicated home office well suited for remote work. The lower level includes a second primary suite, a third bedroom, and a home gym. A welcoming entry foyer anchors the arrival experience.

This is a property built for time outside. The pool sits at the center of it, framed by mountain views on one side and the sound of the trade winds on the other. An outdoor kitchen and BBQ area make it easy to cook and gather without stepping back inside, while the covered lanai overlooks the yard and a fire pit anchors evenings that run late.

A converted barn on the property provides a guest room, private office, and art studio, offering flexible space to host visitors, work from home, or pursue creative passions with room to spread out.

Mountain views and ocean horizons frame the property on all sides. Despite the privacy, Hanalei, Princeville, and Kilauea are each within a 10-minute drive, putting beaches, dining, farmers’ markets, and shops close at hand.
