The villa is arranged in 3 levels with the main living spaces covering a total area of 430 sqm. On the main level we find the living room with the dinner area, the kitchen and a master bedroom with his own garden. Just on the middle is the central open atrium decorated with flowers. Those areas have access to the swimming pool and the jacuzzi.

On the first floor are located 4 more bedrooms with their private balconies. All the bedrooms are ensuite with built in televisions and fitted wardrobes. There is a full spa retreat on the basement, it consists of a heated plunge pool with waterfall and water jets and it is 1.6m deep. There is a steam room to fit 4 guests as well a full equipped massage area.

The outside pool is a 70ft infinity pool with a depth of 7.8ft at the deepest end, it’s not heated as it lays in the sun all day. The luxury stone fitted jacuzzi with 12 pumps and led lighting offering absolute relaxation. Pool side loungers and umbrellas, with outside seating area for 10 guests. There is an outside shower and also a fitted bbq.

The garden is growing grapes, has 12 olive trees, satsuma tree, pomegranate tree, lime tree, fig tree and a spices garden.
