In 2007, we decided to also invest in downtown Porto and its urban renewal.

In 2008, we were the first official Portuguese broker of SRU – Porto Vivo and over the years we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto´s historic center.

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz waterfront, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let’s help the homeless” - Let’s find homes for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.

In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023, we began participating in international fairs, namely MIPIM in Cannes.
