In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in two Real Estate Shows, launched the first K&A magazine and developed other tools in the field of real estate consultancy.

In January 2020 we created a movement to support a noble cause: “Let´s help the homeless” - Let´s get a home for the homeless in Porto. In 2021, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely in the Golden Triangle, Algarve.
