In 2008, we became the first official Portuguese broker for SRU – Porto Vivo, and over the years, we have contributed to the much-needed rehabilitation of Porto´s historic center.

In 2017, we moved our headquarters to the Foz coastline, where we opened a highly visible K&A flagship.

In 2019, we consolidated our team, participated in the first Real Estate Fairs, and launched the first K&A magazine.

In January 2020, we created a movement to support a noble cause: ”Let´s help the homeless” - Let´s find housing for the homeless in Porto.

In September 2020, we expanded the K&A brand to other areas of the country, namely the Golden Triangle in the Algarve.

In 2022, we opened a new office in the Algarve, strategically located between Vale de Lobo and Quinta do Lago.

In 2023, we began participating in international trade shows, notably MIPIM in Cannes.
