À Pontevedra, Un Palais Majestueux Du XVI Ie Siècle Aux Racines Galiciennes Et Doté D'un Jardin D'environ 1,4

In Pontevedra, a 17th-century stately palace with Galician roots and a garden of around 1.4 hectares. A 17th-century patrician residence that epitomises noble Galician architecture, with its ashlar tower crowned with battlements and its courtyard planted with ivy and wisteria. Inside, the patinated wooden coffered ceilings interact with the fireplace adorned with carved coats of arms, the blue azulejos and the antique bookcases. The property, which once housed Alfonso XIII’s Council of Ministers, still bears the imprint of the important political decisions that were taken here. Its location in the heart of Pontevedra means that it can be used in a variety of ways: as a prestigious residence, a cultural centre or a hotel. A rare opportunity to invest in a place where family history is intertwined with that of the country.
