The Ionian Coast Villa sits a few meters away from the beach in Pogonia, a small fishing village on the Ionian coast, where the water is calm, and the view encompasses Meganisi and Kalamos islands.

In practical terms, electricity costs are close to zero, and the system continues to power the house, the Starlink internet connection, and the security cameras during grid outages. Hot water is solar-assisted, the outdoor shower runs on solar power, and the private parking space includes a solar-powered EV charging outlet.
