Villa Platja De Migjorn

Avinguda del Ca Marí runs through Platja de Migjorn, the longest beach on Formentera, stretching roughly five kilometres along the island’s southern coast. This is one of the most sought-after addresses on the island: a quiet road lined with low-rise whitewashed properties, pine trees, and direct access to shallow turquoise water. The scale is intimate, the density low, and the light characteristic of the Pitiüses, intense and clear for most of the year.

The beach itself is steps away. Restaurants including Blue Bar and Restaurante Migjorn are within easy reach along the seafront. Es Pujols, the island’s main commercial hub with supermarkets, pharmacies, and additional dining, is a short drive of around ten minutes. La Savina, the port and ferry terminal, is approximately fifteen minutes by car.

Formentera is accessed exclusively by sea. Regular ferry services from Ibiza’s port, La Savina, run throughout the day, with crossing times of approximately 30 to 40 minutes by conventional ferry and around 25 minutes by fast ferry. Ibiza Airport is roughly 20 minutes from Ibiza port and offers direct connections to major European cities, with additional international routes available via Palma de Mallorca, approximately one hour by air.
