Self-contained, corner neoclassical project, fully renovated, surface area 677 sq.m. with archive space and warehouse 131 sq.m. extends over 7 floors, connected by an elevator. The building is located on a plot of 131 sq.m. in Piraeus. The building was studied and constructed with modern methods that made it possible to exploit the neoclassical character of a Piraeus mansion of 1900, with the simultaneous development inside the facade, of a modern frame with anti-seismic requirements, and infrastructures that compete with state-of-the-art buildings. The building consists of: Underground storage area of 131 sq.m. which also houses an engine room. Ground floor of 131 sq.m. First Floor, 131 sq.m., with side entrance. Elevated Ground Floor of 131 sq.m. First Floor, surface area 131 sq.m. ΄B Floor surface area 76.42 sq.m. with outside balcony. ΄C Floor surface area 76.42 sq.m. The building communicates internally with a modern elevator on all levels, beyond the basement. All floors of the building have windows facing the streets, beyond the basement, and are single. The last two floors are a modern construction, made of metal and glass, which highlights the neoclassical character of the building.
