Description
The property consists of the main farmhouse, which has traces dating back to the Middle Ages, but was renovated until its current shape in the 1800s. In the oldest part is the manor house, which develops entirely on the first floor and is accessible via a still functional stone staircase that leads through a covered loggia into the manor house where large rooms with wooden beams on the ceilings and the large hearth testify to its past. Adjacent is a spacious two-level apartment. On the ground floor beneath the manor house are the ancient cellars with the wine cellar, aging area, and other various production environments.
At a reasonable distance is the old barn, divided into three independent apartments, including a ground-floor room with private bathroom.
External Spaces
The estate extends over about 16 hectares, of which 4.5 hectares are olive groves and 3.5 hectares are vineyards (2.3 in Chianti and 1.17 in IGT), all highly productive. The part closer to the buildings is maintained as a garden and common areas, enriched with flowering shrubs and tall trees that provide shade and coolness. In a more secluded and panoramic area of the land, there is a above-ground swimming pool, barbecue zone, bocce court, and children’s play area.
Strategically located within a wildlife reforestation area, where it is not uncommon to encounter roe deer, hares, and pheasants while driving the approximately 500 meters of dirt road that leads to the buildings.

The manor house was renovated in the early 1990s; during the same years, the apartments inside the old barn were also built in the typical Tuscan style with stone, wood, and terracotta. Upgrades to the systems would be necessary, especially to ensure the buildings meet current regulations.
