Located on the coast of the Mediterranean Sea, this three-story residence offers a panoramic view of the sea and direct access to the beach. The architecture of the villa combines modern lines with natural surroundings, creating a space in which privacy and open layout complement each other. Spacious glass panels connect the inner zones with the garden and the large infinity pool, enhancing the feeling of privacy and light.

The house has five bedrooms and six bathrooms, one of which additionally includes a storage area. A separate studio with its own entrance, kitchen and bathroom is provided for the staff.

All premises are equipped for year-round living: heated floors with a separate heating system on each floor, ducted air conditioning, two fireplaces. The kitchen and dining area harmoniously transition into the terrace and barbecue area. An elevator is installed between the floors. The object is equipped with Austrian solar panels, including a pool heating system in cool weather.
