detached master bedroom pavilion sits steps from the beach, featuring a
swinging daybed positioned for sunset viewing. White-washed interiors finished
in teak and oak flow seamlessly to outdoor spaces framed by mature palms,
coconut and banana trees, and orchids.
The villa spans a lush 1.61 beachfront acres with 200 feet
of frontage along the island’s coveted sunset-facing western shore. The
three-bedroom residence encompasses 4,500 square feet under roof (3,500 square
feet air-conditioned) with over 6,650 square feet of total finished areas,
including expansive hardwood decking surrounding a 42-foot infinity pool.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a butler’s entrance,
while a separate approximate 650 sq. ft. staff cottage with enclosed storage
and golf cart garage complete the compound. The property is offered furnished
and equipped with two golf carts included.
The villa participates successfully in COMO Parrot Cay’s exclusive
