The large pool area is a great place to hang out and enjoy being at the beach. The whole pool area has stone pavers with many tables and chairs. There is both a pool and hot tub. A vinyl fence surrounds the house.

Parking will never be a problem as there is parking in front of the house as well as the side. It is a very short walk to either beach walk 19 or 20. The current bed configuration sleeps 18 including the pull out couch. The bunk bedroom has large built in wood bunks that can sleep 4 adults easily and even more children.
