Bjurfors Beyond presents an exclusive townhouse in the best location in El Molinar, which is the old fishing port that has become one of the trendiest and most sought-after areas around Palma.
Ground floor This exclusive townhouse is located just fifty meters from the sea and the promenade in El Molinar. Entrance level has a spacious and bright kitchen from Cocinart and is equipped with Miele, Smeg and Siemens appliances. The kitchen has a dining area and the warm, wooden floor goes back and in the middle of the surface there is a kitchen island with plenty of storage. The open-plan kitchen with the living areas is bordered by large sliding glass door sections that open onto the 62 square meter terrace. There is an inviting private pool that measures two by seven metres. On a quiet summer evening out here in the company of good friends, the atmosphere is hard to beat. And when the lights are lit along the walls, the atmosphere is almost magical out on the large terrace. On this level there is also a fireplace that flickers with its flames behind glass on a winter’s evening, as well as a guest toilet. This entire floor is everything from an airy meeting space during the party night, to the family cozy up in front of the fire on weekday evenings.
First floor The staircase that takes one to the first floor is an elegant floating installation and like a living work of art. Here, on the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite, and two balconies.
Second floor On the top floor there is a spectacular private roof terrace with 360 degree wonderful views of both the sea, the Bay of Palma and the Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, which really completes this beautiful residence.
Basement The bright and well-conditioned basement has plenty of natural daylight thanks to seeing through the pool from below through the well-proportioned glass partitions. There are two more bedrooms located here, a bathroom, a steam sauna, laundry room and a study or guest room that can also be used for storage or other purposes. This entire floor plan is characterized by great functionality with plenty of space. The house has plenty of storage space through tastefully built-in wardrobes with LED lighting, high-quality wooden floors and Zarci stone floors, air conditioning, underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation and an integrated Bowers & Wilkins sound system with Sonos speakers.
There are two private parking spaces included, making this accommodation even more convenient. This residence combines modern design with high-quality material choices, creating an elegant and comfortable atmosphere.
Its privileged location, close to the sea and all amenities, makes it a unique opportunity for those looking for exclusivity mixed with high standards and comfort. If you want to live in a quiet, genuine area with a strong presence of the Mediterranean, this home is your dream home.

El Molinar is a former fishing village that sits on the eastern edge of Palma, between the city’s marina and the long arc of Platja de Palma. Its character is defined by low-rise whitewashed houses, narrow streets running down to a working waterfront, and a genuine residential identity that distinguishes it sharply from the tourist-facing stretches further east. Over the past decade it has attracted architects, restaurateurs, and design-conscious buyers who value its proximity to central Palma without the density of the old city.
The waterfront promenade connects directly to Portixol, where Restaurante Portixol and Bar Flexas are established fixtures for daily life. The weekly market in Palma’s Mercat de l’Olivar is a fifteen-minute drive. The marina at Club de Mar and Palma’s Passeig des Born are reachable in under ten minutes by car or bicycle along the coastal path.
Palma city centre is approximately four kilometres from El Molinar, a ten-minute drive or a comfortable cycle along the seafront. The EMT bus network connects the neighbourhood to central Palma regularly. Palma de Mallorca Airport (PMI) is seven kilometres away, roughly ten to twelve minutes by car, with direct flights to most major European cities and year-round connections to London, Paris, Frankfurt, and Zurich.
