Villa Paolino Mondello

Just a short stroll from Palermo’s much-loved beach, Villa Paolino is a stylish detached home on Via Mondello, completely renovated and sold fully furnished. Its private pool greets you as you arrive.

Two En-suite Bedrooms on Via Mondello
A large glazed door opens into a bright lounge with a sofa bed and an armchair bed. The ground floor also has a spacious modern kitchen with a breakfast bar, a dining table for eight and a guest WC. Upstairs, reached by a charming designer staircase, the two bedrooms each have their own en-suite bathroom, and one enjoys a pleasant view.

The villa has a Grade A energy rating and runs entirely on electricity, helped by a photovoltaic system and solar panels. Underfloor heating and hydronic cooling keep it comfortable in every season.

Comfort Inside and Out
Every room is furnished with immaculate high-end pieces from Longho, worth around €25,000 and all included in the sale. There are no removal vans or showroom visits to plan, just a beautifully finished home ready to enjoy.

Outside, a small garden wraps around the villa, with terraces for long, sunny afternoons and a raised pool framed in wood-effect decking. The private parking space inside the property is a real asset in July and August.

Steps from Mondello’s Famous Sands
Mondello is Palermo’s iconic beach, with warm, shallow water that is perfect for families and a glamorous seafront lined with Liberty villas. The beach is less than 200m away, with restaurants, cafés and shops in the village centre close by. Central Palermo is about 20 minutes by car and the international airport around 25.

Already managed as a holiday let, the villa can generate up to around €80,000 a year in gross turnover. Seafront villas in Mondello can run into the millions. Villa Paolino offers the same village and lifestyle for a fraction of that, whether you see it as a holiday home, an investment or both.
