At the borders of Monferrato, in Piedmont, we find this splendid aristocratic castle with a park. The building, finely renovated, offers a total of 10 rooms and 14 bathrooms and is currently a boutique hotel with a congress center and restaurant. The external spaces, about 6,900 sqm mostly covered by a meticulously maintained leafy park, are the ideal setting for outdoor events and ceremonies. The building has been classified as a National Monument since 1908 for its great historical and artistic value.

The small medieval village offers all necessary services (supermarkets, post office, banks, pharmacy…) and other centers of Piedmont (but not only) are easily reachable in just over an hour (Alessandria, Asti, Alba, Turin, Genoa, Milan...).

The nearest airport is Genoa (82km; 1h) but the terminals of Cuneo, Turin, Milan, and Bergamo are just as convenient.

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION
The castle (1,640 sqm, 9 rooms and 11 bathrooms) is the heart of the property and extends across four floors dedicated to guest reception and event organization:

- Basement: waiting room, large dining room with a professional kitchen, warehouse, and boiler room;

- Ground floor: large reception hall, ancillary rooms for guests with restrooms, offices, and changing room for staff with an attached bathroom.

- First floor: seven rooms with en-suite bathrooms;

- Second floor: two master suites with private bathrooms.

The various rooms inside the castle are currently used for organizing events and conferences, with capacities ranging from 10 to 170 guests. The restaurant in the basement can accommodate about 25 people in a particularly cozy environment.

The guesthouse (510 sqm, 1 room, and 3 bathrooms) was created inside the old stables and is now structured over three floors as follows:

- Basement: boiler room;

- Ground floor: entrance, large conference room, bar, and guest bathroom;

- First floor: office, equipment storage, staff bathrooms, and small apartment (living room with kitchenette, bedroom, and bathroom).

Outside, the castle is surrounded by a leafy park of about 6,900 sqm with a paved courtyard: both spaces are ideal for outdoor events or relaxing in complete tranquility.

The current owners conducted an initial renovation between 2005 and 2006 to adapt the building to its current function as a hotel and conference center. This involved the complete replacement of the electrical and hydraulic systems (which are therefore in excellent condition).

The last interventions, between 2018 and 2019, involved the rooms and most of the common areas, with a total repainting and replacement of the old furnishings.
