Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential valley, sitting immediately behind Puerto Banús and framed by the Sierra Blanca foothills. The area carries a distinct identity: low-density villa plots, mature pine and palm landscaping, and a long-standing reputation as the address of choice for buyers who want proximity to the coast without the density of the beachfront. The Golf Valley, which runs through its core, hosts five championship courses including Las Brisas, Aloha, and Los Naranjos.

Puerto Banús is a five-minute drive, giving direct access to the marina, the Muelle Ribera dining strip, and the beach clubs along Playa de Puerto Banús. The commercial centre of Nueva Andalucía village has supermarkets, pharmacies, and everyday services. Marbella’s old town and the Paseo Marítimo are roughly ten minutes by car.

Málaga Airport is approximately 60 kilometres from Nueva Andalucía, a journey of around 45 to 55 minutes by car via the AP-7 toll motorway. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations. Gibraltar Airport is roughly 75 kilometres to the west, offering an alternative gateway particularly useful for connections to the United Kingdom. Marbella has no rail connection; private car or taxi remains the standard mode of transport for residents.
