Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, occupying the valley immediately behind Puerto Banús and bordered by the Sierra Blanca foothills. Long favoured by European buyers seeking proximity to the coast without the density of the marina itself, the area is defined by low-rise villas, mature landscaping, and a relatively quiet residential character. The Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Aloha Golf Club sit within the enclave, giving Nueva Andalucía its longstanding reputation as Marbella’s golf valley.

Puerto Banús marina is a ten to twelve minute walk, with its concentration of restaurants, beach clubs, and boutiques along the waterfront. The Supercor supermarket on the Nueva Andalucía commercial strip handles daily shopping. Marbella town centre is approximately eight kilometres east, reachable in fifteen minutes by car via the A-7 coastal road. There is no direct rail link to Marbella, making a car essential for residents in this location.
