’Quinta do Monte da Vinha’, with a total area of 6.9 hectares, is located near Borba, in the Évora region, Alentejo. Classified under the D. O. C. designation for high-quality wines. The property includes an agricultural house of about 30 m², located at one of the highest points of the land.

The main feature is the vineyard, covering approximately 6.5 hectares, irrigated with the support of an artesian borehole and a pond with a capacity of 40,000 liters, powered by irrigation pumps that distribute water throughout the vineyard, supported by a battery of solar panels that supply the house and irrigation system.
As for the grape varieties, the white grape is predominantly ’Rabo de Ovelha’ with 7,000 m², and for the red grapes, about 6 hectares include 40% Alicante Bouschet, 30% Aragonês, and a smaller share of Touriga Nacional. Approximately 4 hectares are only 4 years old, while 2.7 hectares are 25 years old. Total production may reach up to 70 tons of grapes.
The owners intend to sell the company that owns the property, free of any charges, liabilities, or debts.
Access is via a paved road and a well-maintained dirt road.
