A large 19th-century dwelling, with a garden of nearly 800 m2, located in a sought-out neighbourhood in downtown Nantes. Along a major boulevard, the property is accessible via a metal gate with spear-like bars topped with spikes. As for the dwelling’s overall silhouette, it is accentuated by a slate gable roof and a brick chimney, typical of houses in the area, while its right-angle wing features an understated and, yet, elegant conservatory, inspired by the 19th century, with its latticework windows and glazed semi-circular fanlight, which helps open up the dwelling towards the cobblestone courtyard and garden.
