The extremely impressive rooms rise up to a height of around three meters. Steel-capped ceilings, imposing steel columns and mighty beams bear witness to the early days of industrialization and convey an absolutely authentic industrial style that is much more common in Berlin and New York than in Munich. The equally historic metal factory windows, divided into the typical rectangles, underline this unadulterated ambience. Until now, this loft floor has been used commercially; a mixed use or conversion to living space is entirely conceivable.

In 1999/2000, the building was renovated with great attention to detail in accordance with the preservation order and divided into loft floors - this is how the property on offer here was created. In 2000, the City of Munich awarded this extremely successful revitalization with the façade prize.
