This prestigious winery, owned by a Swiss company (with this as its sole asset), is located in the heart of Tuscany near Montepulciano, an area renowned for its noble wines. The property spans approximately 50 hectares (123 acres) in a single, contiguous parcel and is structured as follows:

• 34 hectares of vineyards, including:
• 18 hectares dedicated to the production of Vino Nobile di Montepulciano
• 7 hectares for Rosso di Montepulciano
• The remaining hectares are used for IGT (Indicazione Geografica Tipica) wines
