Montefalco (PG): Winery with a stone farmhouse, cellar, warehouses, and approximately 6 hectares of land composed as follows:
- About 3.9 hectares of land used for vineyards, including 1.9 hectares of Sagrantino di Montefalco Docg and 2 hectares of Grechetto, Merlot, and Sangiovese IGT.
- 1.6 hectares of olive grove with about 550 producing plants.
The farmhouse, dating back to the 1700s, has been finely restored while preserving typical features such as terracotta floors and chestnut beams. The farmhouse, on two levels of approximately 300 square meters, is composed as follows:
- Ground floor: large dining room with fireplace, kitchen, bathroom, and covered porch.
- First floor with independent entrance and connected by internal staircase: living room, four double bedrooms, one of which has a loft, each with its own private bathroom. The historic cellar includes a wine aging room in steel and wooden barrels.
There are also two apartments to be renovated with independent access and private garden:
1) 54 square meters consisting of living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, and loft bedroom;
2) 45 square meters consisting of living room, kitchen, bedroom, and bathroom.
