Élégance Absolue Et Cadre Bucolique Pour Cette Nouvelle Villa

It is a gray day in Delémont when I take the road to Montavon. Just twelve minutes later, the scenery changes: here, the sun is generous and despite the cool temperatures, it feels gentle on the skin. This small village, like a pearl in a setting of nature, is enchanting in itself. The stress of my morning instantly fades away.
The villa reveals itself, modern and perfectly integrated into the landscape. The large bay windows promise a cinematic view of the surrounding nature. In the garden, I imagine the children and the dog playing safely while the adults share a drink on the vast south-facing terrace.
On the north side, a large covered area allows for parking several cars. I am pleasantly surprised to also discover a spacious storage room (bicycles, garden tools, etc.).
As I open the front door, my heart starts to race. The hall, with its large glazing bordering the staircase, is bathed in light. Under the staircase, I discover a lovely cozy corner with a wooden bench where the children can sit to get dressed. The technical room will allow us to store many items, and the guest WC is ideally placed at the entrance. So far, it’s a flawless experience!
I move towards the office, also equipped with a large window, and I contemplate the view of the snow-dusted mountains. Working in this setting will require no effort!
From the hall, I descend a few steps to the living area.
I arrive facing the kitchen with its central wooden island and its simple, elegant lines. There is even an integrated wine cellar! The adjoining pantry adds a welcome convenience to daily life.
Bay windows line the entire south side of the living room and generously let in the sun. This vast room will allow me to easily host many guests. I am won over by the elegance of the ultra-simple tile, cement-style, which will easily match everything. On the east side, the French door opens onto a more shaded terrace.
On the first floor, the charm continues to operate. I discover three bedrooms under a beautiful light wood ceiling, a refined bathroom with top-quality materials, and finally, the laundry room. No more need to go down and up with laundry baskets!
The master suite convinces me completely. The full-height windows border the large balcony where nature unfolds before my eyes. I breathe in this pure air deeply and return inside to discover the elegant private shower room. In the bedroom, I will install a dressing room; there is more than enough space. Finally, I let myself dream of snowy winter evenings during which the sauna (already planned) will warm us up. On the balcony, we will refresh ourselves in the moonlight while observing the frosted nature...
I have no doubt left; this villa is indeed the one of my dreams: nature, elegance, superior quality, safety, and absolute tranquility. I am won over!
