Comme pour toutes les villas au bord du lac, la route du lac est située derrière la propriété : il ne s’agit pas de la route principale du lac de Côme, mais de la route locale. Bien que toutes les pièces de la villa principale donnent sur le lac et que les fenêtres soient équipées de triple vitrage ! L’entrée principale et le parking pour quatre voitures ne se trouvent pas du même côté de la villa principale mais de l’autre côté de la rue et nous y accédons par un charmant passage souterrain avec vue sur le lac
