The entrance, located on the fifth floor, opens into a sophisticated reception area overlooking the level below. On this floor lies the first sleeping area, featuring a master suite with walk-in wardrobe and windowed private bathroom, a single bedroom with its own bathroom, a study room, and a guest powder room. The lower level hosts the main living area, partially double-height, enhanced by a large glass wall and two terraces that extend the continuity between interior and exterior. The separate, fully equipped kitchen connects to a laundry and storage room.
