Villa écologique De Luxe à La Cala Golf, Mijas

Cala Golf is a gated residential enclave set within the La Cala Golf resort in the municipality of Mijas, positioned in the hills above the Costa del Sol at roughly 200 metres above sea level. The urbanization is defined by its three championship golf courses, manicured fairways, and low-density villa plots that afford open views across the Andalusian countryside toward the Mediterranean. Its elevation and controlled development give it a distinct character compared to the more densely built coastal strip below.

The La Cala Resort hotel and its restaurants are within the enclave itself. The beach town of La Cala de Mijas, with its seafront restaurants and weekly market, is a ten-minute drive. Fuengirola, with a broader range of supermarkets, schools, and services, is approximately 15 minutes by car. Marbella’s Puerto Banús and dining scene are around 25 minutes west.

Malaga Airport (AGP) is approximately 25 to 30 minutes by car via the A-7 coastal motorway, making international access straightforward. Malaga city centre, served by the C-1 commuter rail line from Fuengirola, is reachable in under 40 minutes by car. The AP-7 toll motorway provides fast connections west toward Marbella and Estepona and east toward Malaga and beyond. There is no direct public transport serving the urbanization itself, so a car is essential.
