This historic residence, located in the Itzimná neighborhood, at number 102 on 21st Street between 20th and 22nd Streets, originally belonged to Don Sixto García, and later to the Alonzo sisters, owners of the bookstore “La Selecta.” For this reason, the property is historically known as “Casa de las Alonzo” (Alonzo House).

The building is a representative example of the era when Itzimná served as a recreational area for the Yucatecan aristocracy, and it retains its original architectural character to this day.
