Classified as a Historic Monument, this exceptional 3.2-hectare estate is the work of Ferdinand Bac. The entire property offers breathtaking views of the Mediterranean, the historic center of Menton, and its port, just a few kilometers from the Italian border.

This accommodation connects to the main building and service areas. A cellar, laundry room, and an independent bedroom with bathroom complete this level.

- An independent apartment of 115 m² on the garden level featuring a living room with open kitchen and dining area opening onto a terrace, three bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a dressing room.
- The gardener’s house of 86 m² includes a double living room, a separate kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
