A latticed screen, reminiscent of a mashrabiya, divides the space, allowing light to filter through and adding a delicate touch to the overall design.
Set back, the sleeping area, decorated in natural tones, offers a soft, enveloping, and peaceful atmosphere. Two bedrooms, measuring 13 m² and 15 m², share a contemporary bathroom and storage space in the hallway.
In the heart of a wooded residence, in the immediate vicinity of the Prado and Bagatelle park, the complex is part of an architecture influenced by American modernism, designed according to a functional and open logic, promoting fluid circulation and unobstructed perspectives.
