Maison Design Avec Jardin Nivelé Ludique Et Vue Magnifique

This 500 m2 house is located in the quiet neighborhood of Dioni surrounded by a smartly landscaped garden. It has been conceived by an architect for its own needs and it enjoys an unobstructed view to the immediate nature and to the far Markopoulos from it dominating position on top of the hill.
At ground level extended reception areas unfold in complete harmony with the surrounding garden with a large pine tree at its center. White marble, bright wooden floors and terracota combine following the respective areas (hallway, dining, coffee table and fire place). Wooden staircase and inner lift ensure smooth distribution to the various levels of the house. On the upper there are the three master bedrooms, one with a bright dressing room. Also a complete laundry room stands next. Each bedroom has its own balcony with view.
On the lower floor there is a full potentially independent one-bedroom flat with an open kitchen looking to the large planted garden at rear. Also a large studio/playroom/study in two open areas is positionned in front. At last utilitary rooms, storage, heating machinery-fuel tank, two car closed garage complete the lay-out.
The property is very agreable, communication is managed easily inside and outside, location very strategic as the town center with athletic installations is only three blocks away, 5’ on foot.
It also stands in perfect condition and follow the contemporary standards of living, while being voluminous it remains very cosy.
