Nueva Andalucía is Marbella’s most established residential enclave, built around the Golf Valley, a corridor of five championship courses including Las Brisas, Aloha, and Los Naranjos. La Cerquilla sits at the upper reaches of this valley, offering a level of privacy and elevation that distinguishes it from the broader urbanization. The area is defined by large plots, mature landscaping, and a predominantly villa-based architectural character that has attracted a discreet international ownership base for decades.

Puerto Banús is a five-minute drive, with its marina, restaurants, and retail including El Corte Inglés. The commercial centre of Nueva Andalucía village provides daily essentials. Aloha College and Laude San Pedro International School are both within ten minutes. The Golden Mile and central Marbella are reachable in under fifteen minutes by car.

Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport is approximately 65 kilometres from Nueva Andalucía, a journey of around 45 to 55 minutes by car via the AP-7 motorway. The airport operates direct routes to most major European cities and several long-haul destinations. Gibraltar Airport, roughly 80 kilometres to the west, provides an additional option for private aviation and select commercial routes.
