Nueva Andalucia is Marbella’s most established residential valley, framed by the La Concha mountain to the north and bordered by Puerto Banús to the south. Long favored by European buyers seeking a quieter alternative to the Golden Mile, the area is defined by low-rise residential communities, mature pine and eucalyptus landscaping, and a concentration of golf courses that give it a distinctly unhurried, green character. Its reputation sits firmly at the upper end of the Marbella property market.

Puerto Banús is a five-minute drive, offering Casino Nueva Andalucia, the Muelle Ribera waterfront, and restaurants including Nobu and Cipriani. The Golf Valley contains several courses: Las Brisas, Aloha, and Los Naranjos. San Pedro de Alcántara’s Thursday market and Marbella’s Casco Antiguo are both under fifteen minutes by car.

Marbella town centre is approximately eight kilometres east, reachable in around fifteen minutes via the A-7 coastal road. Malaga Airport, the main international gateway for the Costa del Sol, is roughly sixty kilometres away and takes between forty and fifty minutes by car depending on traffic. The AP-7 toll motorway provides the fastest connection. There is no direct rail link to Nueva Andalucia, making a car essential for daily life.
