Sierra Blanca is Marbella’s most established gated residential enclave, occupying the lower slopes of La Concha mountain directly above the Golden Mile. The urbanization is defined by large private plots, mature pine and eucalyptus landscaping, and a strict architectural code that has kept it low-density and coherent over decades. Its elevation gives residents unobstructed views across the Mediterranean toward Africa, and its security infrastructure, with 24-hour guarded access, places it in a category apart from the broader Marbella market.

The Golden Mile is a five-minute drive, giving access to Puente Romano Beach Resort, Nobu Marbella, and the Marbella Club. Puerto Banús is roughly ten minutes west. Marbella’s old town, with its Plaza de los Naranjos and daily market on Calle Huerta Chica, is ten minutes east. The Real Club de Golf Las Brisas and Aloha Golf are both within fifteen minutes.

Marbella is served by Málaga-Costa del Sol Airport, approximately 55 kilometres east via the AP-7 toll motorway, a journey of around 40 to 45 minutes by car. Málaga city centre, with its high-speed AVE rail connections to Madrid in under two hours and to Seville in approximately one hour, is reachable in 50 minutes. There is no direct rail access to Marbella itself, making a car essential for daily life in Sierra Blanca.
