Nueva Andalucia is the residential enclave immediately behind Puerto Banus that has established itself as Marbella’s most sought-after address for villa buyers. Framed by the La Concha mountain to the north and bordered by the Golf Valley, it combines low-density residential streets with a scale and greenery that the beachfront strip cannot offer. The area carries a well-earned reputation for discretion, with mature landscaping, wide private roads, and a predominantly owner-occupied character that distinguishes it from more transient coastal zones.

Puerto Banus is a ten-minute walk, giving direct access to Nobu, Cipriani, and the marina’s full range of dining and retail.
