Terre

Manilva occupies the southwestern tip of the Costa del Sol, where the province of Malaga meets Cadiz, with unobstructed views across the Strait of Gibraltar toward the Moroccan coastline and the Rock of Gibraltar. The municipality has retained a quieter, less commercialised character than its neighbours to the east, while benefiting from the same Mediterranean climate and coastal access. The area around Camino de Martagina sits within a developing residential sector on elevated ground above the coast.

The marina at Puerto de la Duquesa is approximately five minutes by car and offers restaurants, supermarkets, and a working harbour. Sotogrande is around ten minutes east. Estepona, with its old town, covered market, and broader retail offer, is roughly fifteen minutes along the A-7 coastal road.

Gibraltar Airport is approximately 25 kilometres from Manilva, around 25 minutes by car, and serves direct routes to the United Kingdom and several European cities. Malaga Airport, the main international hub for the Costa del Sol with connections across Europe and beyond, is roughly 90 kilometres east, approximately one hour by car via the AP-7 toll motorway. Marbella and its services are reachable in under 30 minutes.
