• Buildable urban plots at the end of the process.
• Economic benefit derived from the land transformation estimated to be up to 35% (*) in the case of residential buildability and up to 23% (*) if buildability were for tertiary use.
• Information, control over the Board, and voting rights according to your participation coefficient.
• Clear registration of your property once the plots are allocated in accordance with the General Plan’s reallotment project. Property that you will be able to build on, sell, or exchange for future assets.
