Alure is a residential development created through the restoration of a Pombaline-style building. It is located in the heart of Lisbon’s historic centre, between Chiado, Cais do Sodré and Baixa, one of the city’s most iconic and sought-after areas.

Set close to the Tagus River and in one of Lisbon’s trendiest neighbourhoods, Alure was awarded “Best Interior Architecture Project” by a prestigious Portuguese institution, reflecting the meticulous care evident in the selection of materials and equipment in each apartment. Alure stands out as a benchmark project, the result of a shared vision and a consistent commitment to quality.

The area’s charm lies in its harmonious blend of history and contemporary life, expressed in the traditional façades that evoke Lisbon’s identity and culture. It is a neighbourhood with a distinct character, creating a natural connection between upper Chiado and the Tagus riverside.

Designed by architect Samuel Torres Carvalho, Alure restores the building’s residential purpose while respecting its Pombaline heritage and integrating contemporary solutions.
