This building perspective is in accordance with the indication included in article 54 of the PDM Regulations, in point 2(c) of the maximum Gross Utilization Index (IUB) of 2 m²/m², which would give a residential occupancy of approximately 4,000 m² for the total 2,000 square meters of land.

The possibility of constructing a residential building with an area of 4,125 m² on five floors, a frontage of approximately 50 meters and a depth of 15 meters, leaving the remainder of the lot as a courtyard, is considered. This would allow for 42 apartments of types T2 and T3 with areas of 100 m².
