Villa Avec La Plus Grande Piscine De Lefkada

Last summer UK-celebrity LES DENNIS rented the villa for his family and friends. He told us ”This is a unique property and the pool is amazing!” It offers complete privacy.... there is only one (invisible) top-exclusive villa next to you. A tropical style gallery is integrated to the main house and keeps the house cool in the summer and dry in the winter. The main house has four bedrooms, two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The master bedroom at the first floor has it’s own bathroom and a working space with desk. The guesthouse has curved walls and is built from natural stones. It has it’s own large terrace with olive trees for shadow. It has two big rooms, an open plan kitchen and bathroom and was used by the (Dutch) owner mainly for his creative work. The guesthouse sleeps four persons. The guesthouse is invisible from the main house. The pool is hundred square meter with a depth from 1.5 meter to 2,6 meter and is seen as the largest private pool of Lefkada. The maximum depth guarantees save diving from the diving board (which almost all pools don’t offer). The pool is surrounded by large terraces and is only visible from the main house. The property has a wrought iron double swing gate giving entrance to the drive way to the buildings and the garage. The garage gives space to three cars and has a large storage loft. In total the property has 400 square meter natural stone terraces and at the entrance of the olive yard stands the original woodstove pizza oven with big barbeque. The property has an extra building capacity of 402 square meter. Lefkada is an island connected by a pontoon-bridge to the mainland. This means easy traveling to the nearby airport or visits to the many interesting historical and touristic places.
