Its large south-facing terrace offers the most beautiful view of Diablerets. Currently operated as a guesthouse with 14 rooms, it has been furnished by a Parisian art dealer with antique furniture and original mountain paintings that bring a refined charm to this exceptional historic site from 1880. It is the oldest hotel in Diablerets and was renovated in 2010. It consists of 14 rooms with balconies and shower/WC. All rooms are bathed in natural light, and its location allows for enjoying the sun before all other residents of the village of Diablerets. It is composed as follows: Basement: Laundry room and ski storage with direct access from the outside. Storage space. Workshop for tools and equipment. Oil heating room with a 10,000-liter tank. Ground floor: Entrance hall. Large living room with fireplace. Spacious dining room. Professional kitchen. Management office. WC. Access to a superb terrace and garden. Parking for several vehicles (10) and carport. Floors 1 and 2: 14 rooms with balconies and en-suite bathrooms. Bathroom with two WCs (2nd floor). Floor 3: Seminar room with a capacity of approximately 25 people. 6 single rooms for staff. This magnificent chalet has the potential to become a residential chalet with numerous bedrooms and splendid living spaces, spacious and convivial. Diablerets is a mountain village with preserved heritage but also an imposing rocky massif, a suspension bridge connecting two peaks at 3,000 meters altitude, skiing on exceptional slopes, and hiking through breathtaking landscapes. It promises moments filled with emotions!
