Loft Avec Accès Indépendant

2.5 room Loft-style · 94 m² PPE · Independent entrance · No neighbors above or below · Built in 2021
Imagine coming home through an independent access, right in the center of Lausanne, and closing the door behind you to the noise of the city. No neighbors above, no neighbors below: only calm, light, and spacious volumes that breathe.
This character loft was created in 2021 by an architectural firm and built without compromise using very high-quality materials. It offers the privacy of a house in the heart of the city while enjoying the benefits of a condominium.
An entrance that sets the tone:
Your private door opens onto a few steps and an entrance adorned with its wardrobe space. You then discover a bright gallery, lined with spacious built-in storage and illuminated by a skylight and integrated LED lighting. From the first steps, the atmosphere is set: warm, contemporary, and soothing.
The gallery leads to the heart of the loft, a vast open space of over 40 m² with an integrated audio system, punctuated by a row of large south-facing windows.
The kitchen is the centerpiece. Its lines are sleek and its materials are noble. It features a cooktop with an integrated hood and a wine cellar. Its backlit backsplash includes a magnetic area for knives. It has been designed for those who love to cook and even more: for those who love to entertain; the dining area effortlessly accommodates 10 guests.
On the window side, the living room stretches into the light. It is a generous lounge, equally suited for evenings with friends as for quiet Sundays.
And to enhance the experience, a discreet integrated sound system fills your music throughout the living space. With a gesture, you transition from an intimate dinner to a lively evening.
A bedroom elevated, like a refuge:
Behind an integrated sliding wall, almost invisible, the bedroom rises slightly above the living space. This simple play of levels creates a true sense of retreat and intimacy, without ever breaking the loft spirit.
The bathroom is no exception: illuminated by a skylight as well as integrated spotlights, it features a bathtub, a spacious walk-in shower, a double sink, and a bright medicine cabinet nestled in the wall. Comfort extends to the details: an integrated washing column, a towel warmer, and faucets matching this space.
