STATE AND FINISHES
The property, dating back to the 19th century, has been recently restored so to preserve all of its main characteristics. The Leopoldina is typical, with a portico on the ground floor, a loggia on the first floor and a dovecote (nowadays converted into a bedroom). On the inside, countryside residences’ characteristics have all been preserved: terracotta floors, wooden beams with terracotta tiles on the ceilings, wooden trusses, masonry barrel and rib vaults decorated with geometrical motives and wooden fixtures.
