Île De Lastovo, Villa En Bord De Mer Dans Une Baie Tranquille De L'île De Lastovo

A unique opportunity to purchase an exclusive villa right on the sea, in one of the most beautiful and peaceful bays on the island of Lastovo. In a beautiful bay, a representative villa with a total area of 1,000 m2 is for sale, spread over four floors and with an exceptional position in a quiet bay right by the sea.

The property is located on a plot of 1,000 m2, located by the sea from which it is separated by an access road. On the coast in front of the villa there is a dock for boats up to 20 meters long. The property is divided into three units, a 30m2 apartment located on the highest part of the plot, a main building with 4 floors and an auxiliary building in which there is space for an indoor pool and a large outdoor terrace. The buildings have a landscaped garden where vegetable gardens, grapevines, olive trees and ornamental Mediterranean plants grow.

The main building of the property has 3 residential floors connected by an internal separate staircase and a basement where there are spaces for relaxation, recreation, a workshop, additional accommodation and garages. Each residential floor is one residential unit with a bedroom, kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and associated bathrooms. Each floor has spacious terraces with an unobstructed view of the surrounding nature and the sea. High-quality aluminum joinery with tinted glass has been installed, and all terrace fences, stairs, and window and door trims are made of real fine-hewn stone. In the basement, the space is divided into garage spaces with roller doors, a relaxation area that includes a sauna, a jacuzzi and a massage area. There is also an engine room, a workshop and space intended for a small winery.

Next to the main building is an area for an indoor swimming pool, which is still under construction. It is possible to complete it or convert that space into additional living space. Next to the pool is a spacious covered terrace with a view of the sea.

The villa offers the perfect blend of luxury, privacy and Mediterranean lifestyle, with enchanting views of the sea and the surrounding nature.
