On the ground floor and the first floor of the main building, there are two three-room apartments of 75 sqm with the typical elements of a Tuscan country house: small vaulted ceilings, terracotta floors, brick arches. Composed of two bedrooms, a living kitchen, and a bathroom, they have access to a gazebo with a barbecue for the typical barbecue under the stars that recalls the ancient festivities in the courtyard. Also on the estate, there are 4 two-room apartments of 50 square meters, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor, always with an equipped gazebo. In the barn, there are two mirror-image apartments, about 80 sqm each, on 2 levels, each consisting of three bedrooms, a bathroom, a living room with a kitchenette, and a beautiful external porch, bordered by wisteria and complete with a dining table and lounge, to enjoy the outdoors from breakfast until after dinner. Beyond the farmhouse, there is a large panoramic swimming pool with a jacuzzi, whose solarium was renovated in 2020, the year in which the bathrooms of the apartments were also renovated and equipped with travertine finishes.
