Two semi-detached properties dedicated to intensive olive groves and agritourism, with about 1,750 olive trees planted between 2006 and 2008, and a drip irrigation system. The expected production is 2,640 liters of olive oil and 16.5 tons of table olives in full production. There are also 100 fruit trees, such as pomegranate trees, which produce about a ton of pomegranates.

The water comes from a borehole, but there has been a connection to the municipal network since 2022. The project to build a mill would be an asset, fitting into the region’s agritourism, where there are several wineries. The monthly maintenance of the farms costs around €1,000.
