Heikkalantie 4 C Une Villa En Rondins Unique Sur Les Rives Du Lac Talvijärvi

An exceptionally beautiful log villa is now available in the prestigious Talvijärvi area of Ruka. This unique property combines the tranquillity of lakeside living, stunning fell scenery and easy access to Ruka’s comprehensive range of services, all conveniently reachable on foot or, in winter, across the frozen lake.

The heart of the villa is an impressive living room featuring a high ceiling, massive weathered pine logs and large windows that create a truly unique atmosphere. The windows offer direct views of Lake Talvijärvi and the surrounding fells, bringing the beauty of nature into the living space. A striking fireplace completes the setting, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere after even the longest days spent outdoors.

The spacious kitchen and dining area flow naturally into the living room, making it easy for larger groups to spend time together and enjoy preparing and sharing meals. A large dining table brings everyone together, while the thoughtful layout ensures a comfortable and effortless holiday experience.

The accommodation is spacious and practical. Three peaceful bedrooms, together with four sleeping alcoves upstairs, provide ample room for larger groups, accommodating up to 13 guests in total. Throughout the villa, the warm character of the weathered pine logs creates a calm and relaxing environment.

The sauna facilities offer the perfect setting to unwind after an active day. The combination sauna heater can be heated with either wood or electricity, and the changing room provides access to a glazed terrace where you can cool off. The washroom features two showers, while three separate toilets ensure convenience even for larger groups.

Extensive terrace areas surround the villa, offering magnificent views across the lake. The approximately 57 m² south-facing terrace overlooking the water invites you to enjoy the outdoors throughout the year. A private jetty provides opportunities for swimming and fishing during the summer months. In winter, cross-country ski trails and snowmobile routes start practically from the doorstep, while the Ruka ski stadium and the Talvijärvi ski lift are located nearby on the opposite shore.

Excellent storage facilities complete the property, catering to year-round outdoor activities and holidays. There is ample space for sports equipment and even a snowmobile, making this an especially practical destination for active holidaymakers.

Heikkalantie 4 offers a rare combination of space, atmosphere and an exceptional location. This is a holiday retreat where you will want to stay longer and where family and friends can easily gather to enjoy the very best of Ruka throughout the year.
