Main residence – the chalet:

Jouy-en-Josas is a commune in the Yvelines department (78350), about 25 kilometers southwest of Paris. The estate is located in the Metz hamlet, a wooded and fully preserved enclave away from any urban development. Its accessibility to Paris is remarkable for such a natural setting: the distance to Pont de Sèvres is only 9.7 kilometers as the crow flies (19.4 kilometers by road round trip), about a twenty-minute drive under normal traffic conditions. For comparison, Chevreuse is 27 kilometers from Pont de Sèvres and Rambouillet 46 kilometers.

The immediate surroundings include a state forest to the north and private wooded plots in natural zones to the east and west. The town of Versailles is reachable in about fifteen minutes, and Saint-Germain-en-Laye in about twenty minutes. Major road infrastructures (A10 motorway, N118 national road) are nearby, and the Transilien line N (Jouy-en-Josas station) provides access to Paris-Montparnasse.
