Set above Lake Maggiore in the village of Agra, Villa K2 is one of Carlo Mollino’s most distinctive architectural masterpiece. Completed in 1953, the villa was designed as a visionary holiday retreat, a place where architecture opens fully to the landscape.

The house is instantly recognisable for its suspended design: the main volume rises on slim pillars, giving the impression of a light structure floating among the trees. Large windows face the lake and fill the interiors with natural light, framing the panorama from every room.
